Okay so a guy held a door open and as I was walking I thought in my head ’ thanks mister attractive face” and then he giggled and I realized it wasN’T IN MY HEAD AND HE JUST KEPT GIGGLING LIKE A 5 YEAR OLD
It kind of frustrates me at times that most information and resources available for selective mutism is basically for kids just starting school. I guess that’s because you’re supposed to grow out of it but not all of us do and idk it’d be nice to have more information readily available for my age group and this period in my life because sometimes I just feel scared and alone because I’m supposed to be over this but I’m not and I’m almost an adult now.

- Me: It bothers me, actually it really fucking bothers me, so let's lay here and think and stress about it instead of sleeping
